Hogwarts Legacy has always been a solo experience, but if there’s something the fandom can collectively agree on, it’s that a multiplayer component is long overdue. Thankfully, an unofficial project is looking to fill that gap.
A new multiplayer mod for Hogwarts Legacy lets players bring their friends along for the ride. The original game lets players explore the Wizarding World, learn spells, and take on dangerous enemies, but they can’t team up with friends or challenge them to a spell fight. That is where the HogwartsMP mod comes in.
The HogwartsMP mod for Hogwarts Legacy transforms the magical world into a shared experience where players can explore Hogwarts and the surrounding Highlands together. It lets you see other players’ characters, outfits, and synchronized spell effects, as well as communicate through proximity voice chat, fly broomsticks, or ride magical creatures like Hippogriffs, Graphorns, and Thestrals.
Depending on the server, the mod also lets players experience house-based competition, creature care, roleplay, and custom gameplay activities. It also supports dedicated servers and community-created experiences.
