GTA 6 has been subjected to numerous leaks courtesy of one source - a person, or more likely a group, that goes by Cyberleek. With a little more than a month to go until the game’s release, and following the group’s 20th leaked clip, Cyberleek has claimed they’re done, provided Rockstar never finds out who they are.
In an update to their followers, shared by GTA 6 Countdown, Cyberleek confirmed that the latest leak will be the final time they share any unauthorized footage from the game. The leaker claims they have the ending of the game ready to share with the world, but after careful consideration, they have decided not to leak it since that would feel more like punishing the players than Take-Two, the latter of which has, supposedly, been their goal.
“CL has the ending. It was considered. It would punish Take-Two greatly - but ruin the experience for the gamers, who did nothing wrong,” Cyberleek writes in their, presumably final, update. “Take-Two was punished enough. The ending stays unpublished,” Cyberleek goes on, noting that the proof is in the final clips they’ve shared, claiming they are out-of-context looks at GTA 6’s final story mission....
