Rayman Fans Really Aren't Happy About Ubisoft's Captain Laserhawk Game

Rayman fans really aren't happy with Ubisoft's blockchain-based Captain Laserhawk game, especially after the Twitter account jokingly claimed it could do whatever it wanted with the character.

Although it's been a long time since we've had a proper Rayman game (Legends and Origins, I miss you), the last few years have at least been a bit of a turning point for our vegetable thingamajig. Not only did Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope get a dedicated Rayman expansion in the form of Rayman in the Phantom Theatre, but we also got a... unique take on the character as part of Netflix's Captain Laserhawk show.

Although it seemed at first like Captain Laserhawk was butchering Rayman and turning him into some edgy adult version of himself, fans actually quite liked how he was portrayed and have been wanting to see more of him in a potential second season of the show.
