Although Death Stranding might not have been the financial success story that PlayStation hoped for, Hideo Kojima's critically acclaimed delivery series has still garnered plenty of acclaim over the years. While PC fans were finally treated to the release of its sequel after Sony's limited exclusivity ran out this year, it seems a new project with the Death Stranding name is already on the way.
Although nothing has been officially announced just yet, some eagle-eyed fans have spotted a new copyright that seems to hint at the existence of a new Death Stranding project to follow up with Kojima Productions' upcoming releases.
Initially spotted by Superb-Employment291 on the Death Stranding Reddit, the discovery comes from Kojima Productions having filed a trademark for "Death Stranding Odradek," which has already sparked countless theories on what the new spinoff could entail.
Although the official trademark doesn't have any other information to dig into, unfortunately, the two biggest theories are that it could be a new Death Stranding-themed ARG created with Niantic who Kojima had posted about visiting a few months ago.
