In Genshin Impact, the upcoming region Natlan, dedicated to the Pyro Archon, might not receive as many updates as initially expected, according to a recent leak. The game may move on to the next region sooner than anticipated.
Natlan, a region said to lie beyond Sumeru’s desert, is described as being rich in natural hot springs and inhabited by tribal people and dragons known as Saurians.
While Travelers will explore this land when Natlan is released in Version 5.0, expected in late August, it seems their focus will soon shift to another region as the game’s update schedule progresses.
This information comes from leaker Jokerverse, shared on the Genshin Impact leaks subreddit. According to the leak, Natlan’s updates might only extend to Version 5.7.
Typically, Genshin Impact receives updates up to Version x.8 each year, so if the content for next year ends at Version 5.7, we could see Version 6.0 soon after, potentially introducing the region of Snezhnaya.
