As part of the Dungeons & Dragons 50th Anniversary celebration, Magic: The Gathering is releasing a new Secret Lair featuring Karlach from Baldur’s Gate 3. Secret Lair x Dungeons & Dragons Karlach’s Rage includes five reprints each with new borderless art featuring Karlach. This is one of five Secret Lair drops that will be part of D&D’s 50th anniversary, which also features a similar set of cards for Astarion.
It was previously revealed that Karlach’s Rage would include a reprint of Karlach herself with new art that is closer in line with her appearance from Baldur’s Gate 3. Each of the other cards in the Secret Lair is either red or colorless, meaning they can all be included in a Commander deck helmed by Karlach. The cards chosen also do a good job of capturing Karlach’s strengths and personality.
Magic: The Gathering fans eager to learn more about Duskmourn, the game's first modern horror set, should mark their calendars for the end of August.
