Developer BioWare showcased their latest Dragon Age: The Veilguard game release trailer on August 15, and with an October 31 release date, the game's Steam store page added the system requirements for PC.
The PC specs released show that BioWare are set to follow in the footsteps of other recent game releases. The game does not require the best graphics card to run and has lighter CPU demands, but it will eat up a lot of internal storage.

The storage requirements include 100 GB, with the developer preferring an SSD, but not necessitated in the posted minimum requirements. BioWare notes HDD is supported.

The hardware requirements bode well for the game's release, especially as the recent 2024 Steam Hardware and Software survey shows that most PC players will meet or exceed the minimum requirements.
BioWare has yet to release other system performance tiers. Those waiting to know what hardware is required for gaming at or above 4k 60 frames-per-second (fps) will continue to wait as system requirements for this tier have yet to be released.
