Bully just got a new age rating in Taiwan, approving the game for release on modern platforms. This is despite the Rockstar classic already being available on many platforms, prompting speculation that the game is finally getting a re-release.
As spotted by Gematsu, the Taiwan Entertainment Software Rating Information website now lists brand new ratings for Bully. The date for these listings is August 19, 2024 - the current date in Taiwan, as it's now past midnight. This means that, for whatever reason, these are new ratings, and one theory is that there are plans for a re-release or remaster.
As noted by Gematsu, the rating also relists the game for release on Xbox 360, for some reason. Since this hasn't been done for platforms of the same generation, it is suspected that this is a mistake.
