That's because Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, along with Deadpool, have long been delisted.

According to insider Shpeshal Nick, Microsoft apparently is working on a way to bring back the games to its Xbox storefront. As part of his Xbox Era podcast, the insider said the following when it comes to the classic superhero video games:
What I have heard is that Microsoft is working to get Deadpool and Marvel Ultimate Alliance re-activated, relicensed or whatever to bring those two games back.
Microsoft is trying to work through the process of getting those games relicensed.
No timetable was given, though we'd imagine that Microsoft is aiming to get those back up as soon as possible in order to take advantage of the rise in popularity.
