Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will be getting the first-ever limited beta this September for its version of battle royale. Called "Blackout", the beta will be available on September 10th. The first to get a crack at it will be PlayStation 4 owners, with XBox One and PC players being added at an as-yet unannounced future date.
During the beta, players will be able to play solo or in a duo or in a squad of four and will have access to familiar characters, weapons and vehicles. It is not yet known how many players total will take part in a Blackout match. Hopefully more will be revealed in the weeks leading up to the beta.
