Starfield has finally received a land vehicle that players can use to traverse the surfaces of planets. The community has continuously requested alternate ways to travel since Starfield's release, and now they have their wish.
The REV-8 will set you back about 25,000 credits, which is no barrier to an enterprising space explorer. The mortgage on your apartment can wait, think about how you'll feel bouncing over the galaxy's barren wastelands in your shiny new rover.
As with any Bethesda game, the modding community moves very fast. Re-skinning is one of the 'easiest' forms of modding, and so modders have been able to quickly turn the REV-8 into recognisable vehicles from pop culture.
First, we have the Warthog (M12B FAV) from Halo by Satou. This is the people carrier (scout) variant of the iconic vehicle, rather than the better-known model with the chain gun on the back. In fairness, having a turret on the back that isn't usable would prove frustrating. If you do encounter the Covenant scourge while on official Constellation business, you'll be well-equipped to splatter the problem.
