MySims is coming to the Nintendo Switch, according to several recently spotted retailer listings. This purported release would mark the long-awaited debut of The Sims franchise on Nintendo's hybrid console.
The latest mainline installment in the series, The Sims 4, predates Nintendo's newest console by two and a half years, having originally launched for PC in September 2014 before making its way to the PS4 and Xbox One three years later. And while the Switch has long proven to be a great home for life simulation games, EA's iconic franchise has so far evaded it.
MySims has not received a new entry since 2010 despite being one of the various Sims spin-offs that dominated the market, and that should change.
This state of affairs might finally change in the near future, according to some newly surfaced retailer listings that appear to betray the existence of a Switch version of MySims. Two such pages have recently emerged on the websites of Swiss retailer World of Games and German storefront Vitrex, with both of them being spotted by ResetEra Forum user --R.
