Fortnite is currently in the midst of its Chapter 5, Season 4 event, which has seen Marvel's Doctor Doom do a load of evil things to a number of Marvel luminaries, including the Fantastic Four.
It's a neat change of pace that's filled with loads of new character customization options, including emotes. Speaking of emotes, a new "Peel Out" animation has fans giddy with glee. The animation is part of the Peelverine bundle, which sees everyone's favorite claw-bearing mutant transformed into a banana peel.
That particular emote sees the player character literally "peeling out" on banana peels for skates. It's a novel idea that has some practical in-game use. In true Fortnite fashion, one player took it upon themselves to see how long it would take to "peel out" across Fortnite's map.
The end results are glorious.
You'll have to wait 18 months, but battle rewards are finally coming to the in-game shop.
