Black Myth: Wukong is full of fairly tough boss fights, though not many of them will have you tearing your hair out in anger. You can take down most bosses in one or two tries, but you'll occasionally come across a foe that makes you sit up and lock in. One of these bosses is Captain Wise-Voice, a particularly tough customer who players will meet around the halfway point of Chapter 3.
Black Myth: Wukong is a beautiful, entertaining, and polished soulslike, slightly marred by its frustrating level design.
Unfortunately for those that have been struggling, Captain Wise-Voice is one of the game's mandatory boss fights, as it parks its butt in front of the exit of the Pagdoa Realm. That means you can't simply skip it like you can with some other tough fights, and it's proving to be a bit of a difficulty spike for players that have been just about managing to ma ke their way through the game.
However, it seems as though developer Game Science may not have intended for Captain Wise-Voice to be as much of a struggle for players as he actually is, as the studio now appears to have nerfed...
