When Assassin's Creed Odyssey launches on October 5th, players will have a good two months to play through the main campaign before the first DLC launches. Developers revealed the post-launch plans for the game via a new developer video diary:
There will be two episodic stories told in the Season Pass contents: the Legacy of the Blade and the Fate of Atlantis. Each DLC will be told over three "chapters", or episodes. The first chapter of Legacy of the Blade will be released in December, with the next coming about six weeks later and the last one six weeks after that. The Fate of Atlantis will be released in Spring 2019 along the same release timeline. DLC can also be purchased separately.
In addition, anyone owning the Season Pass will also be treated to a remastered copy of Assassin's Creed III, though it can be purchased separately at a later date.
Assassin's Creed Odyssey will be released on October 5th for PlayStation 4, XBox One and PC.
