Astro Bot's credits have seemingly revealed some of the game's post-launch cameos, as several of the characters and series mentioned aren't currently included in the game.
Although Astro Bot's excellent platforming and endless variety means that it's so much more than just a cameo-filled advertisement for PlayStation, that doesn't stop it from also having a boatload of guest characters. While Astro's Playroom had lots of easter eggs and references, Astro Bot takes things one step further by turning its cameos into collectibles called VIP Bots.

There are a total of 169 VIP Bots to collect in Astro Bot at launch and, while that already seems like more than enough, it looks like Team Asobi is already planning on increasing that number. We already know that Astro Bot is going to get some post-launch support, but the game's credits suggest that future updates will add more cameos to the already-stacked roster.
