Baldur's Gate 3 already has hundreds of hours of exclusive scenes and possible ending combinations available to players, encouraging multiple playthroughs and making the CRPG a game with an impressive shelf life. With the release of Patch 7, developer Larian Studios released a mod toolkit for the game, allowing players to download and manage mods within the game. But one third-party mod may expand the game's possibilities even further.
Nexus Mods user Siegfre uploaded a new mod that unlocks all the potential features squirreled away in the Baldur's Gate 3 mod toolkit. With this mod, aptly named BG3 Toolkit Unlocked, players will be able to add new maps and campaigns to the game, really opening the possibility for players to build their own campaigns in the CRPG.
The mod's official description says that it "Unlocks all features and write permissions for the BG3 Toolkit including level editing, save editing, and more." However, the posts about the mod have confirmed that downloading it gives modders a lot of freedom they weren't previously afforded.
