The Sims 4 has revealed two brand-new DLC Kits – one made in collaboration with notable Custom Content creator SixamCC – and they'll be available for purchase and download within a week. A recent Sims 4 roadmap already teased new features, these two new Kits, a special in-game event, a robust Expansion Pack, and continued free updates for the life sim, but until now, only the names of the Kits were known.
EA showed off the Storybook Nursery and the Artist Studio Kits and both will be available on all platforms on September 19, just a week after this official reveal. Both were announced via the Sims 4 roadmap, with their names giving players a decent idea of what to expect, but EA's reveal has given some more welcome insight.
The former, the Sims 4 Storybook Nursery Kit, is a collaboration with SixamCC, known among the Sims community for their Custom Content creation. It aims to give the youngest Sims "a space that balances sophistication and whimsy," which is a nice new layer to the age groups that had previously been the game's most neglected.
