In Helldivers 2, you can unlock a Stratagem called the Jump Pack. It's a backpack attachment that allows you to briefly fly in the air so that you can climb terrain faster and even escape Chargers if you time it right. Imagine Boba Fett if he were in Starship Troopers.
Helldivers 2 was review bombed again recently, but the score has picked up after devs promised more buffs.
But fans aren't too happy with how it performs. As the name suggests, it doesn't pack quite the same punch as a proper jetpack, only giving you bursts of airtime. With the flamethrower controversy and other drama surrounding more prominent Stratagems, it hasn't been discussed too much among the community, so one Reddit user decided to finally shine the spotlight on this slightly underwhelming attachment.
"I know it isn't something a lot of people are talking about, but it could use some love" OtherSpoons posted, garnering nearly 5,000 upvotes at the time of writing. "It takes up a backpack slot, so could go higher or could the cooldown be shortened?"
