In case you weren't aware, EA Sports' annualized NHL title, NHL 25, enters Early Access on September 27, which is just 11 days from now. And if you weren't aware, then we could hardly blame you.
That's because, unlike EA's other sports franchises, including the return of College Football, NHL 25 has had little to no marketing.
That lack of marketing has NHL fans worried about the game's potential state. For reference, NHL 25 will be the first hockey title that will be current-gen only, having officially ditched last-gen. In other words, that should, in theory, be a big deal, but, to this point, that hasn't been the case.
Rush mode replaces Volta in EA Sports FC 25, and though it feels like an improvement on that, it still can't match up to the base game
As of this writing, EA's official NHL YouTube channel has just two videos uploaded. The first is a reveal trailer that was shared three weeks ago, and the second is a "Deep Dive" posted 11 days ago. That's it.
Neither video is particularly long, with both adding up to about five minutes worth of coverage.
