Skate has been in the works for quite a while now, but fans have been there almost every step of the way. Developer Full Circle has been pretty open during development, telling us all kinds of information about the title and what fans can expect when they get their hands on it. It's been in various states of readiness ever since the game's announcement, and a console playtest coming at some point this Fall will finally give console players the chance to try it out.
However, if you're more of a traditional gamer and want to see the game properly released before you dive in, there's now a light at the end of the tunnel. Announced via the official Skate Twitter account, Full Circle and publisher Electronic Arts have revealed that Skate will be entering Early Access at some point in 2025, meaning we're likely less than a year away from the game's release.
