God of War Ragnarok lands on PC today, and it looks like Sony has been listening to some of the feedback from players over the last couple of years, as the PC version will finally let you shut your companions up during puzzles...for a while.

Per the PlayStation Blog, one of the new features you can expect from God of War Ragnarok on PC is a new option in the Settings tab that will "reduce the frequency with which you hear puzzle hints from your companions".

Given how straightforward many of God of War Ragnarok's puzzles were, this feels like a very welcome change indeed. If you're a PS5 player and you feel left out, don't worry; Sony says this change, along with others, is "soon to be added to the console version".

Two other new features are also being introduced in God of War Ragnarok's PC version. The first, Cinematic Audio Description, is an accessibility feature that plays "audio descriptions of visual events during cinematics".

If you're a streamer, you'll appreciate the other new feature, which consists of custom God of War Ragnarok-themed alerts you can use for your stream. They feature Kratos, Atreus, Thor, and Fenrir....
