Earlier today, Like a Dragon developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios delighted almost all of its fans by announcing the next game in the series, one which will see fan-favorite character Goro Majima sail the high seas as a pirate. Sega later revealed that Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii will take place one year after the events of Infinite Wealth, and tells the story of Majima trying to regain his memory after washing up on Rich Island.
That sounds like a fun premise for a Like A Dragon story, and while there will be plenty of ridiculous hijinks for Majima to involve himself in, a number of fans have realized something rather concerning about when the game takes place. If you're yet to play Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth and don't want spoilers, this is your chance to duck out.
