Capcom releases a new update for Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics, bringing back the fan favorite Juggernaut Glitch move which was originally removed from Marvel vs Capcom 2. For most fighting game fans, one of the biggest surprises in 2024 was Capcom's announcement of Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics, a compilation of all 6 classic titles which, until this point, had been nearly impossible to find outside of extremely pricey third party resellers or an Arcade1Up cabinet.
As of now, Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics launched digitally, with the physical version still to come in November. Fans have been heading online with each of the titles, experiencing the classic team-based battles in experiences like Marvel vs Capcom 2. For longtime fans, they put the games to the test to see what was still in the game, including certain infamous infinite combos or glitches. One in particular, the Juggernaut Glitch in Marvel vs Capcom 2, allows players to use his power up move, tag him out, and then when called back in, the powerup is still active instead of being removed on tag out.
