The original Dino Crisis is finally coming to PlayStation 5 "soon" via the Classics Catalogue, which is available with the PS Plus Premium subscription tier.
While not a remaster or remake, it's the first time that Dino Crisis has been made playable on a modern platform since the PSP, a now 15-year-old port. The best way to play it right now is emulation, unless you have an old Dreamcast or PS1 lying around.
