According to reliable Fortnite insider Shiina, Fortnite x Shaq is due to launch on October 4. There's no word on exactly what that collaboration looks like, but it'll likely involve a playable version of the basketball star turned advertising mogul, along with other little bits and bobs.
And so, when Shaq does drop in Fortnite, he'll be just one of several real-life personalities, plus characters from various IPs to be part of Epic Games' live-service shooter.
