Helldivers 2 Players Are Calling For A Regional Chat To Help Coordinate The War Effort

Helldivers 2 is pretty much one big group effort to try and defend the forces of evil from taking over Super Earth. If you've ever been part of a group project that consists of more than four people, you'll know how difficult it can be to coordinate your movement, so imagine what it's like trying to coordinate the actions of around 35,000 people at once.

It can be pretty frustrating to see fellow Helldivers going after targets that are outright harming their chances of completing objectives, which is exactly what recently happened this week. Helldivers 2 players were steadily working to liberate a planet called Acamar IV, and were approaching the final stages until hitting an unexpected snag.

That snag was the invasion of Turing, a planet next to Acamar IV that needed to be successfully defended within 22 hours. Understandably pushed on by the tight deadline, players rushed to Turing from Acamar IV, without realizing that the invasion was coming from the very same planet they were fighting to liberate. It caused a split between the game's playerbase, and slowed the fight...
