Alien: Isolation Sequel Announced to Mark Tenth Anniversary | TechRaptor

Sega and developer Creative Assembly have announced that an Alien: Isolation sequel is in the works, just as the survival horror game hits its tenth anniversary.

In a message on X (formerly Twitter)Alien: Isolation creative director Al Hope says that witnessing players' "passion" for Alien: Isolation has been "nothing short of incredible" over the past ten years.

He says he and his team are filled with "deep gratitude" for the way players have appreciated the game over the years, and that Isolation is a "dream project brought to life by a brilliant team".

Hope closes his message of thanks by announcing that fans' "distress calls" have been heard, and that an Alien: Isolation sequel is currently in development at Creative Assembly.

Right now, the project is in its early stages, so it's unlikely we'll hear more about it for a while. Hope says he and his team will share more details with players "when we're ready", so don't expect news imminently.
