If you're one of the many hoping for a non-Suicide Squad live-service game from Warner Bros., then you just might be in luck.
That's because it appears that WB Games Montreal is gearing up for another AAA title within the DC Comics universe. Information about WB Games Montreal's future in the video game space comes by way of a recent job posting for a Senior Producer on its Game Development team.
The job posting, which can be found here, notes that the hire will be "working on AAA titles set in the DC Comics Universe." No specific franchise is mentioned, though WB Montreal has extensive experience in the Batman world, having shipped Batman Arkham Origins and Gotham Knights.
DC used to be on top when it came to games, but somewhere along the line, that golden era crashed and burned.
After the disastrous launch of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, many fans have been clamoring for a return to basics, namely the Batman Arkham series.
Outside of finishing support for Suicide Squad's Year 1, not much else is known about what's to come from WB. That might be by design, as it was reported that Warner Bros....
