Little Big Planet 3 is set to be permanently removed from the PlayStation Store later this month, removing the ability to purchase the game outside of people selling second-hand physical copies. This follows the shut-down of Little Big Planet 3's servers on PlayStation 4 earlier this year after a long struggle against hackers and other issues related to the game's online aspect.
This announcement was made in a statement released by the official Little Big Planet account. "After 10 years of playing, creating and sharing content in Little Big Planet 3, the game and our entire range of Little Big Planet DLC will be removed from the PlayStation Store on October 31st 2024," the statement reads.
"Anyone that currently owns or purchases Little Big Planet 3 or any Little Big Planet DLC before it is delisted for sale, will still be able to access their purchased games and content after its removal.
