The long-awaited sequel to Pathologic 2 has been announced, and it is set to release at some point in 2025. Pathologic gained a cult following when it was first released in 2005 for bringing a different kind of horror to players. Developed by Russia-based Buka Entertainment and localized in English by G2 Games and GMX Games, the title created a sense of existential dread and created moral and philosophical conundrums for players to experience.
