Date Everything has been delayed to a February 14 release date, just in time for Valentine's Day. Date Everything is a sandbox dating sim developed by Sassy Chap Games and published by Team17 that allows the player to sink into an escapist fantasy after facing the harsh realities of the world, where the protagonist loses their job to AI. They take their newfound free time as an opportunity to use a mysterious gift called "dateviators," which personify household objects.

Date Everything is a dating sim focused on player choice, offering its players 100 different characters to romance. The player will be able to date just about everything in their house, ranging from the stylish personified form of a pair of sunglasses, named Skylar, to a vacuum cleaner named Hoove, equipped with all his additional attachments on a tool belt. Date Everything is a game that shows a willingness to go all out on its goofy premise, but fine-tuning the title for quality of life might have been more time-consuming than Sassy Chap had originally anticipated.
