Finally, after 14 years of waiting, Red Dead Redemption, Rockstar Games' epic outlaw adventure, will be making its way to PC. The gaming industry's worst-kept secretwas finally announced earlier this week, and it won't be long before the game is available to play, as it's set for an October 29 release.
That said, while fans have been waiting well over a decade to play Red Dead Redemption on a PC, once many of them saw the game's price, they will happily wait even longer. As it stands, Red Dead Redemption will run gamers $49.99 USD, or their local equivalent.
It's a hefty price for a rather old game, one that PS4 gamers also took issue with when the game was re-released on Sony's console last year. For what it's worth, the package will come with Undead Nightmare, and with it being on PC, it'll boast features, including "native 4K resolution at up to 144hz on compatible hardware and monitor support for both Ultrawide (21:9) and Super Ultrawide (32:9)," among other features.
Still, that hasn't stopped fans from voicing their thoughts.
