Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero's launch has been special. The game topped the Steam and PlayStation charts ahead of release, launched to amazing critical reception, and quickly became the most-played fighting game of all time.

A simple tweet could be all the confirmation we need.

But, for as fun as the game is, players have begun to report something terrifying — a bug that deletes your save file.

A thread appeared on the Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero Subreddit overnight, in which one player shared they'd spent 71 hours in the game, reaching level 19, when the online menu started to glitch. After resetting their PlayStation 5, they were greeted with the Goku vs Vegeta battle. After completing it and checking their progress, "everything was reset."

Following the OP's post, other players who had experienced similar began to rally. One stated that it had appeared to their friend, while a level 20 player and a much newer player also confirmed it had happened to them.
