When the Castlevania Anniversary Collection was announced, the collective gasp of happiness from fans erupted across the internet. While initially set to feature four Castlevania games, we now know that an additional four will be added thanks to the arrival of a new post on the PlayStation Blog. (While hosted on the PS Blog, Castlevania Anniversary Collection will be released for PS4, XB1, PC (Steam) and Switch.)
Here's what we gleaned from the post:
- the Castlevania Anniversary Collection is coming on May 16th
- other titles included in the Anniversary Collection include Castlevania Bloodlines, Kid Dracula, Castlevania Adventure, and Castlevania II: Simon's Quest. These are in addition to Castlevania, Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse, Castlevania II: Belmont's Revenge and Super Castlevania IV.
