It's Sonic x Shadow Generations week and GameStop and Loungefly have teamed with Sega to kick things off in a very special way. Two new additions to Sonic's Loungefly range unlike anything you've seen before. Inspired by Sonic Adventure's Chao Garden, the matching backpack and wallet have an image of a Chao on the front that changes depending on how you tilt them, and both are available to pre-order exclusively at GameStop.
The Chao Garden range takes inspiration from Sonic Adventure's Chaos and the games that came before it on the Sega Genesis as the bulk of the backpack and wallet's design is based on Green Hill Zone's design in the very first Sonic game. As fun as it would have been for the items to be Sonic Adventure all over, it does make sense as even the most casual Sonic fan will see these items and know exactly what they're about.
