It seems like no one is safe from the recent slew of leaks that have been plaguing the industry. The massive leak at Game Freak revealed all sorts of details that Pokemon fans would have loved to know, and some that they wouldn't.
Nintendo has previously resorted to legal retribution in cases like this, and Pokemon feels like the biggest leak yet.
We've now started seeing leaks for the Nintendo Switch Online playtest which very few, exclusive people were privy to. While it's nowhere near the scale of the Game Freak leak, it gives us a glimpse at what Nintendo is working on, and fans have speculated that it could be anything from the metaverse, to an MMO, and even a strand game.
The leaks have come almost immediately after the playtest went online. And although the players were asked not to share any details, Nintendo should have known this was inevitable. Based on what some players have shared, despite being asked not to, it appears that Nintendo is testing out features for a massive online game, akin to an MMO.
