Google Stadia is a cloud-based gaming service that is coming to fourteen countries in November 2019. During today's Stadia Connect event, we learned a lot more about pricing, included games and the Stadia founder's pack.
Just the facts, ma'am:
- Stadia Pro is $9.99 per month and includes a number of games
- Stadia Base has no monthly subscription, but players can purchase games to play via Stadia
- the Stadia founder's pack is $129 and includes Google ChromeCast Ultra, the Stadia Controller, 3 months of subscription, the full Destiny 2 game and 3 months of subscription to gift a friend. An additional controller can be purchased for $69. Preorders have opened today.
- No downloads. No patches. No installs.
- game up to 4K / 60 fps
- Some of the 31 games coming at launch include: Metro Exodus, Destiny 2, the Tomb Raider series, The Division 2, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Borderlands 3, Farming Simulator 19, DOOM, DOOM Eternal, Rage 2, Elder Scrolls Online, and many others.
