Monster Hunter Wilds has an Open Beta Test currently ongoing, allowing players to get a feel for the game, create their characters, and see what horrible beasties are out there waiting for unsuspecting warriors to nibble on. Of course, this Open Beta Test doesn't include the entire game, and there's plenty of unannounced areas and monsters to be revealed, but dataminers appear to have beaten Capcom to the punch.
Earlier today, a massive text dump from the Monster Hunter Wilds open beta was shared online by dataminers, revealing what appears to be the IDs of several returning monsters that are currently unannounced. Explained by Reddit user Hte_D0ngening2 on the GamingLeaksAndRumors subreddit, the series has used the same IDs for monsters across the entire series, so dataminers have been able to figure out exactly which monsters that have spent a decent amount of time on the sidelines will be making a comeback.
