Dragon Age: The Veilguard is out now, and after ten years of waiting, fans are wasting not time. Many are already binging through the story, and are spotting some familiar faces along the way.

Spoilers for Dragon Age: The Veilguard ahead.Unsurprisingly, BioWare has brought back some old characters for The Veilguard. This includes a couple of fan-favourite companions who were completely left out of the promotional material, making it a nice surprise for fans.

In the main story, Dragon Age: The Veilguard players will come across both Isabela and Dorian. They look a little different, given the ten-year time jump between Inquisition and Veilguard, but we can see that they're both still knocking about.

In fact, if you pick the Lords of Fortune background, Isabela will be your faction contact, so your Rook would have known her before the story kicked off. Our favourite pirate queen has certainly kept herself busy in between games.

By my count, this makes Isabela the only character to appear in all four games. She has a brief appearance in Dragon Age: Origins, upgraded to a full companion in Dragon Age 2, and was in the Dragon Age: Inquisition multiplayer mode.
