Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero modders have added some of the most beloved missing outfits to the game, such as Vegeta's Badman shirt, Piccolo's driving outfit, and Goku's Cell Saga jacket.
Without a doubt, Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero is one of the best games the series has ever seen, right next to icons like Budokai Tenkaichi 3, FighterZ, and Kakarot. That being said, there are a few things about it that feel like they're just shy of their Final Form and need a bit more work done.
