Fortnite somehow outdid itself once again at the weekend when it kicked off its Remix Season with an in-game concert that was simultaneously taking place live in Times Square. The music-themed season has brought the likes of Ice Spice and Juice WRLD to the island along with a ton of new cosmetics. However, some players have pointed out potential real-world ramifications one of those cosmetics might have.
Despite the litany of big-name rappers that were shown off during the Chapter 2 Remix trailer, the addition of Snoop Dogg to Fortnite was its focus. The D-O-Double-G is now a part of the Fortnite canon, as is an emote he's brought along with him dubbed the Snoop Dogg Walk. Even though it's a dance move the rapper has popularized, it's an evolution of crip walking and those with a better knowledge of its history have been explaining why turning the dance move into a Fortnite emote might be a bad idea.
