It's become such a joke amongst fans that BioWare itself is in on it, referencing it in Mass Effect 3. Now, it's even being referenced in a different series entirely, as the calibrations joke has been spotted in Dragon Age: The Veilguard.
Bellara's line here is unmistakably a reference to Garrus in Mass Effect 2 - and will immediately give flashbacks to anyone who was trying to become besties/more than besties with the turian. The amount of times we must have heard that in our playthroughs is ridiculous, and now it's here to haunt us too.
