Dragon Age: The Veilguard has been received pretty well. BioWare was in desperate need for a win after Mass Effect: Andromeda and Anthem proved to be less than satisfactory. While it's a departure from the gameplay of previous Dragon Age games, The Veilguard's combat mechanics and overall story have been appreciated by fans.

However, BioWare is still missing the interpersonal relationships and character interactions that made the studio so beloved. While fans love the game, many have criticised the bland romance options and even just regular conversations with NPCs. However, it seems there is one ray of hope in the romance department, the gentleman necromancer, Emmrich.
Among your colourful group of rag-tag companions is Emmrich. A gentleman first and foremost, the necromancer has a way with words that's smoother than the skulls of the skeletons he reanimates. He dresses sharp, is always courteous, and that pencil moustache reminds us of Gomez Addams in all the right ways.
