Capcom is no stranger to releasing multiple versions of Street Fighter. Now, Capcom is set to release a new version of Street Fighter V next year. The new version will be dubbed the Champion Edition.
Street Fighter V: Champion Edition will release in February 14, 2020 for PC and Playstation 4. The update will come with 40 characters, 34 stages, and over 200 costumes. There will be new V-Skills for every character, as well as a balance update. The new edition will also include any DLC released between now and February. However, the Champion Edition will not include the Fighting Chance costumes, brand collaboration costumes, and Capcom Pro Tour DLC.
Street Fighter V: Champion Edition will also include new fighter Gill, who hails from Street Fighter 3. Those who do not upgrade will still receive any game mode additions, and balance changes for free. This includes the new V-Skills for every character.
