The holidays have arrived in Throne and Liberty. The MMORPG from NCSoft and Amazon Games. The Startree Solstice event begins tomorrow, December 12th, and runs through January 9th, 2025.
A special event-only area, Snowdrift Island, features arena matches, a festive village, and themed cosmetics available through the Event Pass. The arena features a limited-time 6v6 PvP mode on a brand new map.
The Tree of Gratitude is also available, which gives players a chance to receive various event rewards to celebrate the holidays.
The update for the free-to-play MMO also brings a much-needed penalty for those who cancel dungeon matchmaking after a party is formed. Those who leave the party must now wait ten minutes before queueing again. Repeat offenders will have this timer increased.
Additionally, new cooking contracts are available from Contract Managers, and the patch notes include a host of other cooking updates.
