Classic WoW Anniversary Raids Molten Core, Onyxia Lair Release December 12

Several weeks after the launch of fresh Classic WoW servers in celebration of the World of Warcraft 20th anniversary and the franchise's 30th anniversary, the game's first two raids are ready to open up.

Molten Core and Onyxia's Lair, the first two raids available on the new Classic World of Warcraft servers, will launch on Thursday, December 12th, at 2:00 PM PST.

Blizzard posted a breakdown of release info by time zone as well:

Blizzard wanted to make sure people had time to reach the game's level cap of 60 without having to rush through the leveling experience. These new classic servers launched on November 21st, which means players have had three weeks to level up and be ready for endgame content. That's a stark contrast from the original release of Classic WoW servers, where Molten Core was available immediately.
