A new content patch for Black Myth: Wukong is available now for all platforms, and it sure is a big one.
Following a tease from game director Feng Ji a few weeks ago, fans of one of this year's best games now have more to see and do.
The marquee feature in patch 1.0.12.16581 is the new challenge mode, allowing fans to battle former bosses, provided you've completed the game. Challenge mode is available in two forms: Return of Rivals allows you to fight a former opponent on one of three different difficulties, while Gauntlet of Legends is a boss rush-style mode where you encounter old opponents in succession. Gauntlet of Legends promises that these familiar enemies will have some new tricks up their sleeves to keep things fresh.
A new game feature, Journeyer's Chart, is also included, allowing players to obtain an in-game map, something that has been lacking. A new armor set in celebration of the upcoming Chinese New Year is also included in the Black Myth: Wukong patch.
