Game of Thrones: Kingsroad just got a cinematic and gameplay trailer at The Game Awards. The trailer also gives us a release window, revealing that the open-world action RPG will be available at some point in 2025.
The game is coming exclusively to mobile next year. It features multiple characters from the series, as we get a glimpse at Jon, Cersei, Jaime, and more.
Development of Game of Thrones: Kingsroad was first confirmed in 2022. It's unclear what the exact premise will be, but we're told that we have to get the support of the great houses, so we'll likely be uniting Westeros against a threat beyond the wall. With that in mind, we'll have to wait and see if it follows the story of the source material, or deviates so give players more to play around with.
