A reliable Fortnite insider has claimed that Halo's Master Chief is finally returning to the Item Shop next week after being vaulted for close to 1,000 days.
As anyone who has even heard of Fortnite will no doubt know, one of the most notable things about it is how stuffed with crossovers and collaborations it is. From obvious picks like Marvel and DC to the weird and wonderful like Family Guy and Futurama, pretty much everyone who is anyone has popped up in Fortnite's Item Shop at one point or another.

While a good percentage of Fortnite skins frequently pop back up in the Item Shop for a whole new batch of players to purchase, that isn't always the case. Not only are some locked behind battle passes and specific seasons (looking at you, Spider-Man), but there are a select few that haven't been heard from in a very long time.
